Big Tree is a project of THS Academy. THS Academy sells yard signs and related campaign materials for the Big Tree project.

1. Product Purchases

Yard signs and related campaign materials are sold as physical products.

Purchases of yard signs or campaign materials are product purchases and are not tax-deductible donations.

By purchasing a yard sign or campaign material, you understand that you are buying a physical product and not making a charitable contribution.

2. Sales Tax, Shipping, and Handling

Sales tax, shipping, and handling may be added at checkout where applicable.

Customers are responsible for all charges connected to their purchase, including product cost, sales tax, shipping, handling, and any other applicable fees shown at checkout.

3. All Sales Final

All yard sign and campaign material sales are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a short description of the issue;
  • photos of the damaged or defective item.

THS Academy reserves the right to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

5. Lawful Placement of Signs

Buyers are responsible for placing signs only where permitted by law, property owner permission, landlord rules, HOA rules, city ordinances, and any other applicable regulations.

THS Academy and Big Tree are not responsible for signs placed unlawfully, removed by authorities, removed by property owners, damaged outdoors, stolen, or placed without proper permission.

6. Product Availability

Product availability, pricing, design, and shipping options may change at any time.

THS Academy may limit quantities or discontinue products at its discretion.
